The cast members got the symbol 9 in elvish as only 9 of them got it done A.K.A. the Fellowship peopleThe pact that the cast members made was that they were not going to show thier tattoos when there was a camera around. Elijah is the only one who really broke his alot of times. But others you can just see with what they are wearing.
